Free Domain eMail Account

For a limited period we are giving away a free domain name and email account to every Clerk who is employed by a full Town or Parish Council and has to use a webmail account like Hotmail or their personal email account for Parish business.

In less than a week from now your email address could be clerk@yourparish.org.uk

All you have to do is to write to us using our Contact Form with your full name, the name and address of your Town or Parish Council, the email address you use for Parish business and a password. We will select the best available domain.

Please note that you must apply using the email address supplied to you by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Applications from Hotmail, Yahoo, Google or similar anonymous webmail services will not be accepted.

When your free year ends you have the option to:

• Renew the eMail service at £19.99 per year
• Commission us to build a website on the domain
• Cancel the service
