eMail Accounts

All of our websites include unlimited POP3 email accounts. What this means is that every officer and member of the Council can have their own domain email address in the form "clerk@yourparishcouncil.org.uk"

Some personal email addresses are not suitable for display on a Parish Council Website and most people would want to keep their personal email seperate anyway but another consideration is that of delivery. If the officer(s) and members are all using the same server to send/receive email it's impossible for individual emails to go astray.

We provide full instructions on how to setup new email address and enjoy the benefits of keeping personal and Parish email seperate. Members who also have full-time jobs can access their email via our Webmail Service. If you would like access to view our Webmail Service please contact us and we will provide you with an email address so you can test the system for yourself.
