Costs
Our starter product starts at £500 for a unique hand-coded website complete with seven pages. Additional pages are charged at £15 each. This includes an email address for the clerk and an account with www.statcounter.com where you can track your visitors.
Our starter updating packege starts at £180 per year which covers the conversion of your agendas and minutes to PDF and uploading to the server.
So, in year one you would need to allocate £680 to get up-and-running whilst subsequent years would cost £180 + Hosting and Domain Name Registration at £60 and £7.99 respectively.
We have a number of optional bolt-on services and facilities including "Last Page Update", "Live News" and our Planning Service. More details of these can be found on our Development page
Parish councils must ensure value for money in all their purchases and, whilst some suppliers offer Content Management Systems with no set-up fee, adding their annual rental charges together over (say) a five year period, reveals that the total cost can actually be higher than buying a hand-coded site from us, complete with a maintenance and an updating agreement!
