Email Accounts

Your CMS website includes an unlimited number of email accounts.

What this means is that every officer and member of the Council can have their own domain email address in the form xxx@yourparishcouncil.org.uk

However, we strongly advise that you do not publish email addresses on your website as they will be harvested by spammers, instead we recommend that you use a Contact Form which conceals the email addresses.

Our mail servers support POP3, IMAP and we have an advanced WebMail Service which enables users to access their email from any computer with an internet connection.
