"Populating"
is the expression that we use for building the pages of your website.

Once we've branded your site we then hand it over to you so you can build the pages yourself, but we've found that many clerks/councils prefer us to build their pages and then they take over and update the site once it's gone "live".

Having us build all the pages takes the pressure off the clerk/council and means that there's more time available to learn how to make updates and changes before the first task has to be completed.

Your site will also be "live" quicker if we build (or populate) your pages for you. Typically it takes us less that a week to get a CMS site up and running.

There is an additional cost involved in our building/populating the site and this is based on a total of up to 20 or up to 40 pages.  We count a page as being an html page like the one you're reading now which might include a picture or tabular data, an attached file, an item of news, an item for the FAQ or batch of photographs for a photo-gallery. 

To make changes to WBCMS you use Internet Explorer or your favourite web browser so the work can be done anywthere that you have access to a computer with an internet connection. You can also setup accounts for any number of people who you might wish to authorise to help manage the council's website.
