Compliance

WBCMS is fully compliant to the latest standards laid down by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) who are responsible for setting the specifications of how web sites should be built and how web browsers should interpret the information contained in a web site.

Unfortunately anyone can display this logo as the system is not policed so you would be wise to test your suppliers website and the sites of their customers before making a decision. You can do this by going to http://validator.w3.org/ and entering the address of the site you wish to check.

We also recommend that you use a standards compliant browser.  Currently only Firefox and Opera are 100% compliant, Internet Explorer 7 is close but Internet Explorer 6 is not compliant and is also riddled with security holes.
