For a short period of time we are offering WBCMS completely free of installation charges - this represents a saving of £199.00 and you pay nothing till April 2009 when the cost will be £187.99 per year plus VAT.

We will provide you with a domain name of your choice, hosting for your site, an email address for the Clerk and a full installation of WBCMS

In return you agree to take all the Add-On Modules and work your way through the tutorials, using all the techniques described, to build your site within 30 days. As you progress we expect you to provide us with feedback about the tutorials should there be anything you don't understand which requires further clarification.

If at any point during the 30 day period you decide that you do not wish to continue we will cancel your account and you will owe us nothing however, if you fail to complete the site and all the tutorials within the 30 day period, we reserve the right to cancel your account or request payment of £199.99 for the installation if you wish to retain it.

At the end of the 30 day period or when you have completed all the modules, we will change the colour scheme, brand the site in your name and remove our "holding page" so your site is live.

If there are any pages that you do not want on your finished site they can be removed but you must create a page using each module and technique in order to qualify.

You MUST nominate a Domain Name and we suggest either "yourlocation.org.uk" or "yourlocationparishcouncil.org.uk". You can search the availability of domain names on our own Who-Is System.
